I resent that remembering the random facts that Bess insists on telling me counts as cheating. Point of fact, I know the answer to this question, too. But seeing as how I do not want to be accused of cheating again, I will not share my knowledge.
I had a possible answer for this question, but I became so incredibly insecure with its potential inaccuracy that I've erased it completely and written this instead. I feel like it has something to do with cows and digestion and milk. Cows usually have something to do with milk. And you may laugh at the vagueness of this comment. But please keep in mind that I was originally very proud of my response. :)
